At the present time we are planning to begin Spring Sports on Monday, March
Here are a few items you might need to know before that time.

*Prior to Practice: *
* Physicals – *You must have a physical on file with the athletic
*Eligibility – *Now is the time to dedicate your efforts to your
studies so that you are passing your classes allowing you the opportunity
to participate.
*Conditioning – *It would be a huge benefit to you as a future player
to begin an exercise routine (if not already) including cardio, stretching,
strength and agility. A well rounded player not only has hitting technique
but the ability to move well on the court and persevere during the long

*First Practice:*
* Monday, March 22nd, 6:30 to 8:30PM*
Meet in the commons area
Bring a tennis racquet
Dress in workout attire
Wear appropriate tennis shoes
Bring a water bottle

*Remainder of the first week (note time changes due to gym use)*

* Tuesday, March 23rd, 5:30 to 7:30PM*

* Wednesday, March 24th, 6:30 to 8:30PM*

* Thursday, March 25th, 5:30 to 7:30PM*

*Spring Break – March 26 through April 4*
Practice opportunities will be discussed prior to this.

Following Spring Break, April 5 – 9, if weather permits, (all snow off
the *Beach
Courts* and 45 degrees or warmer) we will meet at the courts at *3:00PM
each day* for practice. Always dress/pack extra clothing and be prepared
for the weather.
If we are still dealing with snow on the courts, practice will be held in
the MS/HS gym from 5:30 to 7:30PM. Get in the habit of checking your email
as updates will be sent as needed.
